Northwest Spay & Neuter Center

Good afternoon,

My name is Cassandra and I work for Northwest Spay & Neuter Center, here in Tacoma at 64th and Pacific Avenue. We’re a nonprofit clinic providing affordable spay and neuter surgery for dogs, cats, and rabbits. We also offer further reduced-fee and free programs for income-qualifying clients. I’m writing today because we have launched an Animal Shuttle to make our services more accessible to people who can’t transport their cats and dogs themselves. We have designated locations in the community where our Transport Coordinator picks up clients in the morning. Cats and dogs are brought back to the clinic for surgery, where they recover overnight before being returned to their owners at the same locations the following morning. The shuttle service is free.

I was wondering if this news is something you’d consider sharing with your followers. Southtacoma.net and your Twitter and Facebook feeds are a terrific local resource, and we’d love to reach more people—especially in the Lakewood area, where we have just added a pick-up/drop-off site for our Animal Shuttle.

More information about our special programs, which include free services for feral cats and pit bulls, can be found here: http://www.nwspayneuter.org/spay-neuter/special-programs.htm
Our Animal Shuttle info page is here: http://www.nwspayneuter.org/spay-neuter/animal-shuttle.htm

We are also on Twitter @NWSpayNeuter and on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/nwspayneuter.org

The Suburban Times published our press release: http://thesubtimes.com/2014/04/07/free-pet-transport-service-for-northwest-spay-neuter-center-patients/

Thank you for considering this request; even a tweet to our Animal Shuttle page or a mention of our specials could potentially help many south Tacoma/Lakewood residents hook up with these much-needed resources. We appreciate all you do to help keep folks in our region informed!

Best,
Cassandra
